Every person who acquires legal or equitable title, to any lot in the subdivision, shall become a member of the Old Landing Woods Owners Association.

Title to lots or homes, to any person, shall be approved in writing for membership after notice is provided giving; the the name of expected purchaser, their current address, phone number, the proposed sale price and the real estate disclosure page is made to the Board, giving the Board the 'right of first refusal' to the property. The right of refusal must be noticed upon the signing of a contract for sale, but not fewer than 15 days of settlement.
