The Association shall have all the powers that are set out in its Declaration of Restrictions and all other powers that belong
to it by operation of law; including the power of levy against every member of the Association a uniform annual charge (dues)
per single-family residential lot; to determine the use, size, placement and design of homes by an Architectual Review committee;
to set rules and regulations and enforce compliance by, verbal, written and legal means. Specific points of interest should
